I love packing super pretty coloured lunches. The usual juice for breakfast and a smoothie for lunch.
I ran out of my coconut milk & almond milk so I tried something new with today’s smoothie. Juiced about 4 carrots, I think, it was early and used that as a base for my smoothie.
1.5 ish cups of carrot and apple/pear juice. (Only used 1/2 of the apple & 1/2 of the pear)
1 tbsp of fibergy +
3 scoops of nutrimeal free
Mix of frozen honeydew, strawberries, cantaloupe & pineapple.
